Alissa Adler brings more than 25 years experience to her position at Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International. Podolsky|Circle is a fully integrated commercial real estate advisor for the office, industrial and retail markets offering brokerage, property and asset management and advisory services for debt and equity.
Alissa serves as Managing Principal of the firm and specializes in investment sales, debt and equity placement, due diligence and asset management for clients seeking institutional quality service at an entrepreneurial level.
Prior to its merger to form Podolsky|Circle, Alissa established Circle Realty Advisors, LLC. As President, she was responsible for all company operations and staffing in addition to business development and investment advisory work for clients.
Alissa was Vice President, Acquisitions & Dispositions for Duke Realty Corporation’s Midwest markets, including all of Ohio, Chicago, Indianapolis, St. Louis and the Twin Cities. Subsequent to joining Duke, she completed transactions totaling more than $734 million in office, industrial and retail property types. Alissa was a member of Duke’s management committee.
Prior to joining Duke, Alissa was Vice President of Dispositions for Equity Office Properties Trust. On a national basis, she negotiated and closed transactions totaling more than $375 million for Equity Office. Alissa also held the position of asset manager for both Equity Office and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Chicago. Asset management responsibilities included CBD high-rise and suburban office, regional malls, neighborhood retail, and industrial properties on a national basis.
