Luke Sementa joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Chicago office in 2008 specializing in retail landlord representation. Mr. Sementa’s primary responsibilities are centered on the representation of various land and building owners with experience in leasing, sales reverse and traditional build-to-suit, ground lease, and new development transactions. Servicing both private and institutional owners and management companies, Mr. Sementa offers the upmost in customer service and expertise.
With a focus on transactions within the Chicagoland market and greater Midwest, current client representation includes owners such as Golub and Company, Inland Continental Property Management, Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, Butera Center Management, and BDT Capital. Mr. Sementa has worked on a number of successful transactions with tenants such as LA Fitness, Chipotle, Kirkland’s, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Planet Fitness, Eddie Merlot’s Steakhouse, Einstein Bagels, Dollar General, Chiro One, Walgreens, and the United States Postal Service.
